Michelle is an accomplished Account Manager known for her exceptional ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships. With a rich background in managing high-profile accounts, she has consistently demonstrated her expertise in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Her tenure at The North Face is a testament to her capabilities, where she successfully managed a key account, consistently ensuring client satisfaction and driving results.
Before joining HMI, Michelle further refined her collaborative and managerial skills at WWBIC, where she served as a Kiva Capital Access Manager. In this role, she was instrumental in building and overseeing a successful statewide program that not only flourished but also provided vital support during the challenges of the pandemic.
Michelle is deeply committed to personal growth and community engagement. As a volunteer on the Kiva Wisconsin Advisory Board, she continues to contribute to the success of the program she passionately helped grow. Over 20 years ago, Michelle earned her Yoga Teacher Training certification, a milestone that sparked a lifelong dedication to meditation and mindfulness. This practice has become a cornerstone of her life, offering balance and insight in both her personal and professional endeavors. When she’s not in a yoga studio, Michelle channels her creativity through pottery and knitting. She also dedicates her time to volunteering with the Literacy Network and the Friends of Indian Lake, actively supporting causes close to her heart.
